Complaint Review: Trust Benefits

I was promised a Credit Card for a fee of $299. The money was deducted from my account in November 24th.
All I received was a folder with a brocure trying to explain me how to improve my credit and lots of promotion material for various companies.

They are modern day thieves. Robbing people in broad daylight. The have a simple strategy. "Dont answer the phone, and if u do then bluntly lie". I am suriprised that no legal action has been taken agains these people. They are rude, the bluntly lie, if they don't have any answers they hang up on you and if necessary talk rudely and shout at you.

I have called them more than 10 times and the average holding period on phone is about 20 minutes. If anyone wants to try the # is 18662606166.

I just got out of school and am dealing with some debt and thats the reason i fell for this guys. Is there any way I can get my money back ? Fell free to call me if anyone wants still indepth details of these suckers.

Rip-off Report has been contacted by the owners of the company, they said those who have asked for refunds should see them no later than Monday morning or sooner. Credit to your account can takes 4 to 5 days to actually hit your account ,

They again apologized for the delay. We'll see. Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will. SO you know, Rip-off Report has confirmed 73 refunds so far, and we know there should be many more.
