EDitor's UPDATED info 2-20-04: Rip-off Report is still receiving complaints that they are not receiving the refunds as promised. Rip-off Report has been in contact with the Company and has made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation/proof of over 2,600 refunds to date, on a spreadsheet, and Rip-off Report staff called and verified more than a dozen consumers at random, all very angry & outraged, but, they all did get their refund. The company again apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days. As we understand it, this company only does the processing for all the other companies, so they are at the mercy of those companies funds, further delaying your refund.

Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, ..we'll see. Rip-off Report will continue to investigate more into this situation, and we will eventually post an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605

Please be patient, we can only tell you what they are telling us.

I got a call in October saying they would promise me a credit card with a $2000 limit for only $299. They would electronically withdraw the money from my savings account.

I checked my savings account and the money was not taken out. I called Trust Benefits and told them, but they said they recieved the money and it would be 15 working days before I recieved my package.

20 working days later I called inquiring about my package. My savings account number was wrong so they didn't get the money. I gave them my number again.

A week later they still hadn't withdrawn the money, so I called back. The number was still wrong. I got that straightened out. Now the money was taken out.

20 working days later my package still wasn't here. I called back to find out where it was. It was sent out and should be there. I got a tracking # for Fed-X. A few days later I got the package

There was no credit card just a bunch of papers on how to fix my credit. I called back. We don't send credit cards with the package. I would get a letter from the bank in a few days with signiture papers to sign and send back and then I would get my card

Well no papers came in the mail. I called back. They said it takes 3 weeks for them to get there. I said, you told me a few days. I don't know who told you that, is there anything else I can help you with. I said, yeh aah, She said is that all you can say is yeh aah and hung up on me.

I call back, where are my papers. She said, You should have them by now. What Bank are they coming from and I will call and see. She said, We don't have that information. What do I do? She said get the CD/rom from your package and the signiture form is in there under credit cards. Print it out and send it to the address it shows.

There is no signiture form. Just credit card applications and they want $150 fee for a credit card. Well this is February 23 and this started in October.
