I was told about a one time fee for a visa and how to real build credit of 299.00 dollars. They removed the funds on 12-01-2003 So I agreed and what was suppose to take 15 to 20 day took 6 weeks to recieve this credit card but to my surprise it was a folder filled with a bunch of junk so I called there custmer services center(ha ha) to be told that the card would be sent 1 week later.

Surprise! No credit card at the end of 3 weeks, so I call again to be left on hold for about 45 min. and then they say to me that in their computer it said that I was rude (ok) and I was disconnected (ya right) so I called back this time I asked for someone in charge just my luck no one on the floor.

Another request was made for the credit card and again I wait. Now 3 weeks later I called back to just be told we will request another card be sent. Now all I want is my 299.00 dollars back. This is a big joke. I have e-mail them and it came back as no such address and the phone number is not even their number. I let the company know that their number was being associated with the rip-off called Trust Benefits.

EDitor's UPDATE info: Rip-off Report has had several complaints that victims are not receiving the refunds promised. We have been in contact with the Company and have made them aware of these issues. They have assured us that refunds are being given to those who are providing them with all the correct contact information requested by them. They have also provided confirmation of proof of over 2000 refunds to date. They, again, apologized for the delay and reported that credit to your account could take as long as 4-5 days.

Rip-off Report is hoping they will live up to what they have promised, we think they will, we'll see. We will continue to investigate more in this situation, and we will be posting an UPDATE to the main Report at this web address: https://www.ripoffreport.com/view.asp?id=76605

Please be patient, we can only tell you what they are telling us.
