Complaint Review: Trusted Dealer

I purchased a Kodak camera, camera dock, extra battery and a Deluxe carry case from Trusted Dealer on 12/1/05. They did not send the charger for my camera and sent me the wrong carry case, which my camera would not fit in. I contacted them week after week until they finally sent me another case, which is still not the one I ordered, but no charger. I sent the first case back with RA#. Over the last three months they said my case was on back order and also have giving me three wrong tracking numbers saying my case and charger was on the way. On 4/26/06 I called them again, they replied with a lot of vulgar language saying they were not going to send a case to me. After that conversation I decided to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau and to call my Visa Department. I have not called them anymore. More information I found - Digital Delivered, Inc., d.b.a. DigitalDelivered.com, redTagSavings.com, and TrustedDealer.com Kensington TrustedDealer.com and RedTagSavings.com use 771, and DigitalDelivered.com uses 773. The RedTagSavings site claims they are RedTag Savings Inc. No such name found for NY, but Red Tag Inc. registered to a CPA on Bedford Avenue appears to be them.
