My husband received a call from Stephanie Hubbard at Trusted Pardons, as he had applied through our local police station to start the procedure to apply for a pardon and waiver to enter the USA.  Not sure how they received his info, but when he received the call from Stephanie she stated they could help him receive the pardon and waiver faster.  She asked for his credit card number to start the process and he gave it to her thinking it was all legit.  He received documents from them that he was to sign authorizing them to use the credit card, but he NEVER did sign the document as once we reviewed everything, we decided not to go that route.  In the meantime they have charged his Mastercard, and said that they will continue to do so until they receive a response from him asking that the payments stop, he never signed anything to give them authority to use the Mastercard.  No where is their fine print that I can see says that if you terminate their services you will be charged, and that is what they are telling him the charges were for: $200.00 to cancel the pardon and $200.00 to cancel the waiver.  Can you please give us some advise on how to deal with this.  I am scared to send them the email to cancel services, as then it looks like we gave them the go ahead when in fact my husband signed no documents at all.

 Thanks so much.
