Do not use Trustfax!

I used them for my small business fax service for several years and they charged $4.95 a month, which was reasonable. When they increased to $8.95 I checked with my VOIP provider, Phone.com, and they showed me how I could send and receive faxes for free through my existing phone service for free!! They even provided a toll free number so I set up an account.

I called Trustfax the first week of Oct, 2012, and cancelled my service.  Trustfax obviously out-sources their customer service to India or one of those places where you can barely understand what they are saying but they did say my service was cancelled.  IUpon reconciling my credit card statements, I found that they charged me twice since October so I called this morning.  Of course, they now say they have no record of my conversation and refused to refund the past two months even though they confirmed the last fax was received on Sept 30 and the last sent was Aug 27th.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and was then cut off after being on hold for five minutes.

Don't waste your time or money with this loser!!
