Complaint Review: trx software development

I was a member for 4 years... For 2012 i received a software that its not ready to be used in public..you cant download the states to work with....I spent 3 day trying to talk to Karen Bills trying to get a refund.....when i finally talked to Karen,she told me no refund..I told her that i have lost most of my clients because of the situation with the software not working propertly,she said its not their fault and told to lie to my customers about their state refund....She is the worst sales director in the wold...Customer service unprofessional....My advise is to stay away from this company,they are in bussines just to steal our money..... I hope somebody will sue them eventually and they be out of bussiness for good.
