TRX Tax Software Non-functioning software Murfeesboro, Texas
Tax software provided by this company does not work. Read all the reports on this site and filings with the Better Business Bureau to see how bad they are. Here it is - February 27th and I have to go out and get new tax software to replace their useless product. No support and no customer service. I disputed my credit card payment, but since it is so old, it may not be held up. Stay away from these fraudsters!!! A class-action suit sounds good to me!
