I responded to a Facebook sponsored ad which had been appearing in my feed for several days.  It said that for $4.95 I could have a free sample of a skin cream for use around the eyes.  I clicked on the "Order Now" button.  It lead me to another page, offering a similar product, also free, for $4.95 shipping.  I agreed.  Both packages arrived, unaccompanied by any paperwork.

I received a notice from my credit card that a charge for $89.73 had been placed on my card for skin care products.  Since I don't usually purchase these over the internet, they were questioning the purchase.  I called the credit card company back, but the charge had gone through, as it was part of a membership.  The operator advised me to cancel my membership.

At no time had I seen any information about a monthly payment, nor had I agreed to this charge.  I can't find out what I get for this membership, nor do I want it.  I want to cancel this "membership" and to get a full refund, especially since the products I received do not even look like the products advertised on the company's web site.  They may not even have the ingredients in them they purport to.
