Ordered a sample of this cream and was never told that I was signed up for a continuing shipment of this item. I was told it was a one time purchase and only shipping was to be charged. I was charged 89.00 and 94.00 for recurring orders. Tried to cancel immediately and could not. Customer service insisted I knew the terms. I was not aware of this. I feel very violated and horrified this could happen. Refuse to refund charges.
