TRY replenish and eye rejuve supposededly Joanne Gaines had started this skincare line, Purchased the two products at 4.95 each and ten days later, was charged an additional 89.95 each product with no warning. I never agreed to signing up for a subscription nor any additional charges. Nothing in the email regarding the additional products or charges. Really pissed. Challenged through my financial institution, and now filing a complaint. Used once and will return these. Will never recommend them to anyone.. marrietta, Internet
I thought I would try a product supposedly endorsed by Joanna Gaines. Agreed to the charges initially of 4.95 for two separate products. Have used only once and then discovered that the company charged me ten days later an additional 89.95 for each product. When called, I was told there was a subscription that I signed up for agreeing to the monthly fee of 89.95. Had never tried the product and would never sign anything until I had tried it for at least 30 days. Unfair practices and a scam since Joanna Gaines is not the CEO of this company. Including the money for the samples of 4.95 x 2 plus the 89.95 x 2, these two products cost 198.90 plus whatever it costs to ship it back. Unbelievable whast people will do to make a buck.
