Trymedia.com/gamestop Selling Non-working game downloads, no refunds and no help Internet
I thought I was ordering a downloadable game for my daughter from gamestop. I was redirected to trymedia.com for the download. I installed the game twice, downloaded it again and continued to get a C++ error. I checked the specs on my computer and found it was far more than needed to run a sims game. I sent gamestop an email with my receipt attached. They said they do not deal with downloadable games, contact trymedia. This is what followed:
Great. Can you tell me where I can get an alternate download? It's a C++ error and I'm running it on a 2.8 ghz Pentium processor. I've tried downloading it twice and reinstalling it twice. I understand you don't *have* to issue a refund but I can certainly dispute the charge if there isn't even an attempt to deliver the product.

Can you please tell me how to go about requesting a refund for a download
purchase of Sims 2 double deluxe? It is not a working file. We have received
C++ errors and all attempts to reinstall and reload the game have not
helped.
