Purchased a game (Grand Theft Auto 4) off of Gamestop digital download webpage which is powered by TryMedia, owned by Real Networks. Purchased 11-27-2010 at 14:52:38, order number 2259307. Was sent an incomplete serial number to activate product. Was refunded, and told to re-order. Re-ordered 11-28-2010 at 14:32:26, same thing. Re-ordered 11-28-2010 at 14:55:55, and same thing, but was told it was going to tech support. Got an e-mail today (Mon, Nov 29, 2010 at 3:36 PM) giving me instructions to use discount code for 100% off to re-order and get a correct serial number, all others were incomplete. Followed instructions, was charged for another purchase, discount code did not work. Called Trymedia support for the 6th time in 2 days. All they could offer was to walk me through the purchase AGAIN after refunding current one. I refused, told them to refund all purchases, and am contacting BBB because of the hassle for a $4.99 game.
