TS Luxury Group Mary Filocomo, A scam that I never saw in all the other reports. They talked me into paying them for 3 weeks stay at my timeshare that was given to me as a bonus when is signed up. Internet
As I stated above, a new method was used to rip me off $999.00 by selling 3 weeks of unused bonus weeks thay said I had earned upon my sale and would be able to sell the three weeks for $2,000.00 a week which was $6,000.00. Because the Hotel rent was $383.00 Per day, It seemed resonable and I bit, hook line and sinker.
So they got my $999.00 for the 3 weeks and $1328.00 for the Sale of my Timeshare.
No contact was possible via Telephone, Fax, Mail or Internet after June 6, 2010, which was my supposed Closing Date.
I sent them a certified, registered letter August 6, 2010 and it came back refused.
If anyone is intrrest, I have contacted Chase Bank, Fraud Department and they are
going to put the Money back in my account and go after TS Lusury Group. I'm not dumg ennought to spend the money until they tell me the deal is closed
