I purchased two items from TSCPets.com. One item arrived as ordered. The other item, a fluorescent tube in a plastic holder (see item here:  http://www.tscpets.com/md-16192.html), was not sent.


In its place, TSC Pets substituted (without my permission) a cheap, crummy little black flashlight. The junky flashlight did not work, even with brand new batteries.


I emailed TSCPets.com several times to no avail. Finally, I called and left a message (the only option).  No one bothered to call back.  Someone did, however, finally email me a Return Merchandise Authorization.


Note:  The RMA instructed me to return the product to Medi-Vet in Mandeville, Louisiana.  I do not know if the two companies are related, or if TSCPets.com just buys stuff from Medi-Vet, but that is where I had to return this nonworking item.


Sixteen days AFTER Medi-Vet received the returned item, TSCPets.com finally issued a credit on my credit card.  But, guess what?  They charged ME a 15% restocking fee -- and that's on top of the cost I incurred to ship the item back!  I could not believe it!  TSCPets.com charged me for their mistake!  What jerks!  Thanks for NOTHING TSCPets.com!
