Orderd product from this company, I was charged right away but order was never processed. so i decided to cancel the oreder following their website instructions. I tried calling their 800#several times over many days to cancel order but their was never more than a answering machine. i then contacted them via email to cancel my order and only reiceved a automated response. even after i followed their website instruction on how to cancel order the product showed up several days later. It was wrong product and after several email attempts over several weeks to get a rma# to return the product, they finally sent #, however even though they sent wrong product and order was cancelled, they want to charge me for the shipping charges to me and i was responsible for return shipping and 15% restocking fee. absolutely horrible customer service, and borderline scam going on with this company.
