I attempted to make a hotel reservation through Priceline.com.  After I did not get a confirmation number, I called both the hotel and Priceline to verify that the charge did not go through because it was a pre-paid Hotel price.  After confirming I did not have a reservation or a charge, I rebooked the hotel directly.  My credit card came down with a double charge, one from the hotel(correct) , and one from TSP Travel.

Evidently, Priceline contracts with TSP to bill or whatever, Priceline still says I never made the reservation, but it is not their charge, so I have to fight with TSP to reverse the charge.  The hotel says the same thing. They never got the Money from TSP.  Tsp states I made it, so it can't be reversed!  I would stay away from any business associated with Priceline or TSP Travel.  I am now trying to get Amex to investigate and reverse it.
