Complaint Review: TSP Travel

I booked a flight through USAir's offical website.  I needed a hotel and car as well.  Since USAir offers the service to book a hotel and car I went thru their website.  Once I clicked on hotel, it took me to another website which I thought was affiliated with USAir.  I booked a hotel room and then in a few days realized I needed to cancel it.  I went into the site and cancelled it.  When my credit card bill came I noticed that there was a charge from a "TSP Travel."  I had no idea what it was.  I called them and they told me that it was for the hotel I booked.  I told them I cancelled it and they said they have a "NO CANCELLATION" policy which means you have to pay the bill whether you cancel it or not.  I called the hotel and they said that the room had been cancelled.  I am furious.  Now I am stuck with a $108.79 hotel bill for a room I never used.  I filed a complaint with USAir and I'm very disappointed that they would send their customers to such a disreputable site and will never use their website again to book anything other than air travel.
