TSYS recommends and does business with the check processing service, CERTEGY.
CERTEGY does not stand behind their employee's verbal approvals.
After receiving a verbal approval from a CERTEGY rep., weeks later, the transaction was declined.
Months later, after jumping through hoops, going back and forth between supervisors, providing ADDITIONAL info, (yes after receiving a verbal CERTEGY approval,) the transaction was again declined.
Recently we received a letter stating CERTEGY had not received the requested materials, and they were closing the case in 15 days. What else do they want??
I guess everyone can see where this is going..
We have contacted TSYS concerning CERTEGY, still no resolve.
CERTEGY, your employee APPROVED the transaction, PAY UP!
