For about 4 years now aircraft have been appearing over my neigborhood and staying until late hours at night. So when I investigated where the aircraft is coming from it led to Tubbs Aviation LLC in Duncan, Oklahoma. I visited there one afternoon and asked one of the managers there some questions about the noise from the aircraft above neighborhoods which are about 30 miles from the airport, and he seemed hesitant to answer my questions. He also seemed nervous. So I thanked him and got back into my car and left. Upon leaving a red plane left the airport runway and followed me at a low level all the way to my home. Once I arrived home the noise from the aircraft was once again present. This time there were two aircraft instead of one. I immediately called and told the manager there about what happened and he told me to call the FBI or CIA about the incident. He also told me that it's possible that it's the FBI although he couldn't say whether or not it was. So once again I made a trip back to the airport to speak to the manager in person. The same red airplane followed back to the airport, but to my amazement once I arrived, the entrance to the airport was blocked by four pickup trucks, and men standing out in front of them. They were not cops, they were just ordinary people and one of them had a rifle. I stopped got a good look and turned around and left. This airport also does not have a website and there are times when no one will answer the phone. There is no answering service there. It is a small airport once owned by Haliburton, but now is privately owned and operated. It would seem that there is some suspicious activity going on there that needs to be investigated by law enforcement.

1. You say the airport is privately owned & operated. And you're concerned it doesn't have a website. Why should it have a website if it is a private airport?

2. What did you think the manager could do for you about the 2 planes?

3. Since the red plane followed you home & back to the airport, how fast were you driving that it could stay aloft?

4. Have you not seen the black helicopters? That's what the FBI, CIA & other unnamed government agencies use.

98% or better Chance you are under an area that the flight training school at that airport uses to train and familiarize Pilots

Call the Flight School and ask, 100% guarantee when you tell them where you live they will refuse to say anymore.

People like you who find the noise objectionable are what gets "Free Flight" areas closed too this type use.

It would also explain why an airplane slow enough for your car to keep up with went to the same area. A Cesna 150 will with a small head wind will travel at moderate highway speed.

If you call the FBI or The CIA you just look like a nut, Call the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and complain about the noise of the low flying light aircraft over your house all day every day.

At least you won't sound like a paranoid person off his medication.
