Complaint Review: Tucker Technoloy

 Let me start by saying that this company is contrated by Alcatel-Lucent to upgrade AT&T service to 4G LTE they may also perform other variuos scopes of work for other companies. Tucker Technology is ran by kids, it shows in every aspect of the business. Conchita, ceo, has put in place progect managers that have no managing backround or skills, Tony Fletcher, Caleb Boise, Frank Tucker.

Tony Fletcher, project manager for the major Michigan areas, won't respond to emails, calls or any form of communication until its convenient for him. This causes issues with work production and any opportunity to make money. You have to request equipment through your project manager, so if your project manager isn't responding to your emails or calls you cant get any equipment, without equipment you cant work and with out work you can't make any money. Tony Fletcher is a hustler not a business man. He is hot headed, he threatens his contractors, doesn't get the materials you need to in a timely fashion so you can complete your scope of work. You have to hound him and be very consistant when requesting materials but while doing so he starts getting personal and hangs up on you in the middle of the conversation. Like I said he is not a proffesional. 

Caleb Boise is a Project Manager for the California area and for other various areas. He is also the head Project Manager for Tucker Technology. If there are any Issues with any of the P.M.s its supposed to be routed through him. The problem with this is that he is longtime friends with Tony and the other P.M.s and he doesn't care about the major concerns that prevent the contractors, like myself, from working. He doesn't respond in a timely fashion, he doesn't care about the contractors and he doesnt care about the longevity of the company. His only concern is his own pocket.

In the end Tucker Technology doesn't care about their employees or their contract with Alcatel-Lucent. Alcatel-Lucent puts faith in their cantracted companies to perform at a higher standerd but companies like Tucker Technology take advantage of this and ruin it for other contracting companies. People like myself who go out of their way to do whats right and make things work for everyone get used up and left behind. Its time to burry companies like Tucker Technology. Lets assemble companies that care about their name, their employees and the world.
