Complaint Review: Tudor Holdings

these guys were contacted by me in june of 2006. i was trying to list my house thru investors due to i was going thru a divorce at the time. i had to sell the house quickly and the market was shaky as is. well needless to say the gentlemen had my ex sign papers we were told that would sell our house. my ex signed papers and we found out later that he signed a quick claim deed to the house. they said they were making payments and i also found out this is untrue. now are credit is in disarray and i'm being denied credit and employment.could anyone tell me how i can salvage this very bad situation? thank you for the timely response.
