Complaint Review: Tuffy Auto Service Center

Bill Taylor (Manager) of Tuffy auto Srvice Center on W. Central Ave. in Toledo claims to give discounts to customers but in actuality he marks things up to cover the difference the discount would make. In reality, you are paying retail or higher than it would normally be using Tuffy's mark up guidelines. This is most effective on fleet accounts. He will also sell items to a customer that they do not need. He may sell an air filter without letting the customer see it when it is new or like new.

Anything he can do to get the extra dollar out of the customer. He will also change employees hours to keep his payroll down just to make his numbers look good. He is very crooked and will lie to your face just to cover his own butt. His deceptive ways are going to land him in trouble but not with the corporate office as they always turn a blind eye.

Do not fall victim to this fraudelent human being. Take your car elsewhere.
