I contacted the Tulle Shop immediately after receiving an order I placed for 4 bolts of black organza. When I opened the package, the dye lot isclearly brown in color. I contacted them right away via chat. The dude advised me to contact them via email at cs@tulleshop.com and that they would respond as soon as they have gone over my email. I did just that.

Once they responded, they asked for a photo of the fabric. I sent them the photo. They then asked for a photo of the label with the fabric. Well, I didn't see a label atached, which is what I expressed to them. I told them that I needed black and that the organza is brown. They continued to ask for the label.

I contacted them again through chat. The dude there advised me that I wouldn't have to do any of that and that he would expedite my claim. In the process, I sent him the same photo. He agreed that thee color wasn't black. Nonetheless, once again, customer service contacted me and let me know that they needed the product label. I then went off on them and expressed that they needed to send me a shipping label and refund all of my monies without their 20% restocking fee.

Customer service then sent me a sample of what they were looking for. I sent the photo back with what they asked for since I know exactly where the product label was located. Because the label says that it is black, these bastards do not want to pay for the shipping for their defective fabric and they want to charge me 20% to restock it. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company. They have poor customer service and the phone number that they include on the packing slip is disconnected and it isn't even in the same area code for the City of Ontario. I used to live there so I  know. The area code is for Los Angeles, which is where I was born and raised.
