Tully Rinckey PLLC Don't Pay Consultation Fee Albany, New York
This report is for those of you who are thinking about using Tully Rinckey, PLLC. I advise you not to pay a consultation fee up front. I paid $150 to talk to an attorney about my case and agreed to do it as a phone consult.
Two things are wrong with their system. First of all, I can't even guarantee that I talked to a real attorney. He certainly didn't introduce himself by the same name as the person I was told I was going to have the phone consult with.
The second problem is that he had no ideas for my case that I didn't already know about. This resulted in a short 20 minute consult that left me in a no better situation than I am already in.
My advise for those of you considering using this firm is to get a face to face consult and to not pay any money up front. It is a lot of money to gamble.

According to "Inc. 5000", since being founded in 2003, this company has grown 313% with 45 employees. In 2006, this company reported $1.2 million in revenues. In 2009, their revenues grew to $5 million. You can't get those returns from the stock market, but you can get them from over billing your clients. This company should be audited to determine if the fees they charge are all legit!
