I ordered a Scotsman - CU0415MA-1 - Essential Ice™ Air Cooled 50 lb Undercounter Icemaker and it arrived. The unit arrived with hidden damage. There were no signs on the outside. It looked like it fell from 10 feet when I opened it and operated but would not make ice. Due to the fact that I did not open it for 10 days (it’s my second home), Tundra told me I owned it and offered me absolutely nothing – other than a hard time. Actually, they told me at one point if I got to them within two weeks they would make a freight claim. They changed their mind when I showed them that I contacted them within 10 days. They did not even contact the manufacturer and asked them to send someone to attempt to find the issues and repair it. Now I have a $1,360 paper weight!!

 If you buy anything from Tundra Restaurant Supply, you will be doing so at you own risk!! They had plenty of opporunity to offer me some level of service and they did nothing. All they want to do is sell the products!!
