Complaint Review: Tune Up Plus Mohammad Ahanchi

Do not do business with this shop unless you want to pay more than advertised. Advertised price for oil change not honored, saying it didn't apply to my car because the oil filter was special. I provided the filter yet still was not given the advertised price, but a deduction. When I received the bill there were additional charges added that were not discussed that jacked the price up to where we started. In disputing this, all I got from Mohammad Ahanchi, who told me he was the owner, was attitude and unsatisfaction. He said he didn't want me for a customer. The amount in dispute was nominal, yet justified. For the sake of making or keeping a customer, Mr. Ahanchi should have honored his posted advertising.
