I ordered this comanys product from the internet as well as there cd on 10/14/04. i got the product from internet but never recieved the cd even after numrous emails and was told buy one of them that they were going to send it free of charge when i asked them to clarify it they gave me retarded answer (which is below)that i should sit back and say duh ok. below are all the email transactions ever since...Just last week to today they will not answer my emails..They have a lousy support team that are liars and morons as well..
