TuneCore Tunecore is selling my older material (Johnny K Gagnon) without permission and without a valid distribution contract New York City, United States of America New York
From past experiences in dealing with internet distributors , I must scan the internet to see if some company isn't using my name , artwork or songs to make a fast easy dollar from my work.
I did tonight and found Amazon was selling a few of my old songs I had distributed with Tunecore many years ago. It was with Tunecore because that's their artwork and the one's they provided to me since at the time I had not yet begun making my own art covers for my singles.
I have also sent them an email tonight informing them what I discovered on Amazon Music under my old artist name of Johnny K Gagnon and will wait for their response.
I will also contact Amazon and Google to have the webpages taken down.

I know these songs in question were with Tunecore because of the supplied cover artwork , although I can't say for certain it was Tunecore who now doing the distribution again or if it was a third party they do business with.
Anyhow , today is the 3rd of May 2020 and I no longer seen the songs on Amazon Music so they were taken down in good manner , so thank you Tunecore and your 3rd parties from saving me from any possible futur resentment , and above all a big Thank You to Ripoff Report for reviewing and approving my report as this helped vindicate my grievance to these companies.
As I said everything turned out fine , thank you!
