In order to win the Tunespeak contest for Martina McBride concert tickets, I needed friends on facebook to watch the videos I was sharing from Tunespeak. According to the Tunespeak rules, there is no limit to the amount of friends that can watch these videos. So I worked really hard to get my friends to watch these videos. They spent countless hours watching videos so that I could gain points and I spent countless hours myself earning points listening to music, looking at pictures and watching videos. I finally made it into 1st place and out of the blue, Tunespeak disabled my account from earning points from friends watching my videos. When I contacted them, they told me I was earning too many points and there were too many points coming from the same internet connection. I have a fiance, 2 daughters, and 4 stepchildren and we all use the same internet. They watched videos for me from their facebook accounts, which are all authentic & verified. They also used their own phones and computers. I read again the rules of the contest, and I was well within my rights as long as they were authentic facebook pages. But they disabled my account anyway so that that I was passed in points by someone who they wanted to give the free tickets too. After the initial email from Tunespeak, they refused to respond to my emails. They do not offer a phone number or address. I sent them many emails explaining my situation, but they would not respond or enable my acount again. The points that I earned on my own were limited and that is the same for everyone, so the only way anyone can move ahead is to have friends watch videos on facebook. The woman who passed me obviously had just as many points as I did, so she was having just as many friends watching her videos, so why was her account not disabled? I wasted 16 days working hard to win these tickets and they shut me down for no reason. There is no rule saying you can't have your kids watching videos. It is unfair and false advertisement. This is the first time (and the last) that I have ever used Tunespeak. I was trying to win tickets for my mom who has been suffering an illness and surgery and caring for my father who is also suffering an illness. I deserved these tickets. I would've won them fair and square. I had the most points, I worked the hardest. Tunespeak took that away from me and my mom and I didn't do a thing wrong. They should be stopped before they break someone else's heart.
