On June 28, 2003 I brought my automobile in for a tune up. I had used this shop many times before as they had treated me well. I was informed that my CV boots were torn and that they needed to be replaced by the shop manager, Jeff. He stated that the job would cost about $80.00 per axel. I received a call later that day that the shop recommended that I replace the axels, bearings, and boots as it would be "better" and "not that much more". The fee was now &150.00 per axel.

Shortly after picking up my car, it was making clicking noises when I drove. I brought the car back into the shop. I was told that the axels were bad and they replaced them. Since this time, I have brought the car back seven-times. The axels were replaced three-times. The last time, I drove one-block away and they fell off the car. The shop is unable to complete the repairs they did.

Patrick Mcconnel, the regional manager, has refused to refund my money. He will not return my calls. I have spoken to the regional manager four-times. He agreed to fix the axels and then did not show up at the garage on the day he was supposed to fix the car.

I have called the corporate office and have been denied speaking to the anyone in management. Mike Guinn, the corporate supervisor of Patrick, has refused to discuss the issue with me. I have been denied speaking to the CEO, Brian Hindershot.

I have respectfully attempted to have my money refunded and the company has refused my request. I have paid this company in good faith and they refuse to stand behind the work they did.
