purchased an alternator february 3, 2016 with no extended warranty, i understand that an alternator should be lifetime had to replace alternator january 21, 2017 spoke to the manager at tuneup he said it was only 12 monts or 12000 miles which is not true on the parts. perhaps the labor maybe i could undeerstand. i need to inquire as to the standards and procedure. please notify me of this cause.
