Noveber 26, 2008 my Hummer H1 was brought in for repair of a flywheel, torque converter and diesel pump. After 4 months I was fed up with his lack of service and asked candidly what's up with my truck, he the proceeded to throw my truck out of his garage saying I was "Busting his Balls" too much. Now the problem is that he is holding over $10,000 in mechanical and aftermarket parts hostage for a 2,000 "storage fee". Since then I've called a lawyer and NYS DMV to try settle this case.

Since my original complaint, I have obtained a judgement court against TTM. As far as Tom's comments, I think he does not understand how a business transaction operates. When I took the car to a legit operation, it was fixed in about a month and is still running fine. In retrospect TTM really had no chance of fixing this truck, its an unlicensed facitily that lacks the experience to tackle real mechanical tasks. Not a real repair shop, strictly a bolt on speed shop.

To be fair, tell the entire story

To be fair you should have included the part about your failed business dealings between you and TT Motorsports. Since it was part of a downward spiral in your relationship that cumulated in a standoff over your parts.

You personally spent an hour everyday on the phone with them, that hour took time to prepare for and afterwards time spent on research. This extra work precluded them from making a living doing auto repairs and never amounted to any benefit to the business.

How much time did they expend daily-weekly with you driving to meetings, preparing for meeting, doing research, exploring opportunities, working on your other cars, family cars etc ?

Your omissions of crucial information leaves the reader with a false conclusion and a bias thats harmful against the business.
