Tupper Lake NY police brutality officer Martin, Sexton & Klossner *UPDATES
One night there was a suspected drunk driver that the police followed to a residence on broad street where the suspect got out of his vehicle and was roughly handled by two police officers, one being on duty(Martin)and the other one being off duty (Klossner), and of course the sgt.(Sexton) who assisted in the brutality of the suspect.
The village of Tupper Lake was sued in court for $10,000 and so were each of the officers involved. The suspect received his settlement and started a business in Tupper Lake.
Police in Tupper Lake assume EVERYONE is guilty until proved innocent. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around.

Wow !! Talk about old news....but old news is good news and this is one of those times.
What many people don't know is that althought the officers in the alleged incident were all sued as individuals, the Village actually paid their settlement amounts because of actions that were threatened to be taken against the village by the three officers would keep the village in court for some time the village found it cheaper to pay these officer's individual settlements than go to court and pay much more in legal fees.
