Beware of Turbocourt.com.  If your filing a subpoena, whether hard copy or electronic filing, this company needs to be avoided at all costs, as they went from very reliable,  to extremely Unreliable recently.

What have they done? They lost hours and days worth of research several times this week, requiring me to have to start completely over. And their excuse for this, is new European Laws? They are listed in CA, by my local court. The forms used are California only, so why is another country, that has no connection or power over our courts,  losing local data?

I used to type my subpoenas up using them,  print a copy to show the defendant the issue is about to be a court matter,  and if they still blew off the issue, I'd Pay the $120+ fee, and serve a stamped copy on the defendant. I can't even get a single subpoena completed because the data is lost hours or minutes from completion. This means, if you pay the filing fees, and they lose the data, your SOL. Need to file electronically? Look up your local court,  and they will have a lost of certified form company's. Just beware of Turbo Court.
