TurboTax Intuit Charged for Filing Fed Tax that was rejected ,and tried to charge me again to correct something that wasn't wrong California

I called Turbo Tax to try reslove an IRS rejected Federal tax filling issue with my taxes that was told was wrong the infomation was wrong but correct, Rejection code R0000-503-02.

I called 6 times to speak to customer service which i couldnt speak to because no information of my account history was found all i cold get was a repeating  robot system refusing to get me to a live person.

I went on line and checked the information in my account and verified it was correct. I my checked the tax information and resubmitted and again i was told it was regected by the IRS i then logged on to my filed taxes to reverify and it disappeared just my name, address and no history of my taxes being filed, but they did withdrew the money from my debit card and tried to Charge me again as if i never did my taxes after i couldnt find any of my tax information.

I went to HR block did my taxes with the same infomation and it went through without issue.
