Complaint Review: Turbotax

Do not use TurboTax! 
Why?
--> returns repeatedly get rejected by the IRS
--> when you call for support, their escalation managers state that they do not offer support as they are only a software company, and it takes them hours to arrive at this conclusion
--> they DID NOT file my 2022 return, even though I paid them to do so and I will now likely incur fines and fees
--> AND FOR ALL OF THIS, THEY CHARGE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!
