Turfmaster Beware of this thief Adam Todd Nevius Update 2010
He lives with his wife and daughter in Flowery Branch and his father lives in a house right across the street from their neighborhood(Sterling on the Lake). I don't know his exact box number but I believe it is 7754 or 7756 Soaring Eagle Dr. Flowery Branch Ga. 30542. His wife drives a Green Yukon Denali and it always sits in the driveway. He drives a Ford F-350 Ga Plate # BIN-2216 with Turfmaster logos all over it which he parks at his dads house most of the time.

Thanks for the letter, after further review this is what I have come up
with. Here is the piece of crap that put me in this situation. And you allow
to have an account so he can victimize more and you profit with bad check fees.
Here are all the bounced checks on my account. And here are the bounced
checks paid to me, all from your bank! (Adam Todd Nevius) I want him
prosecuted. 9 Bounced checks to Bank of the West. Loan #359665304
MBNA-Check # 728,801,811,1151,1265,1368,1387,1400 the boat was
repossessed. Here are the checks to me #1019,1047,1090 I had over an 800
credit score and zero debt. I lost my business and was forced to go back
into my trade. I have not Foreclosed or filed Bankruptcy yet. He is wanted in the State of Florida, Daytona Beach He is also wanted in other States. He has had his drivers license suspended; See Rip-off report.com under his name for more info. When I get my money, you will get your money.
If there is an Attorney out there that is not afraid to take on the Banks and have Laws changed to prevent thieves from having accounts and further victimizing others. Feel free to contact me. This will also clear up Bad Checks Division and save on tax dollars. The thieves can use a money order.

Adam Nevius is continuing to rip people off in 2016, now in New Jersey as a General Contractor/House Raiser where he suddenly showed up after Superstorm Sandy. Many people are currently filing complaints with Consumer Affairs and the local police, including myself. Taking money and not performing or completing contracts, performing work that is not up to code, etc.
He and his wife, Kimberly Atkinson own and operate Coastal Restorations and Construction of NJ, LLC.Their office is located for the moment at 215 E. Bay Ave. in Manahawkin NJ and the current license # in the state of NJ is #13VH07085800. I believe she is listed as the principal but I am not positive.
Anyone looking for them can find them here as she currently owns a home in the same town...... for now. Also, they have ties somewhere in upstate NY. Relatives perhaps. So if you live up there beware, he is a really good con artist and you could be the next stop. I've been told this is the 5th state he has left a trail in.
Currently he's screwing with Federal Disaster Grant monies as well as victimizing people who have already been victims of the third costliest national disaster in US history. These are people with no concience or compassion. Hopefully , NJ is the last stop for both of them.
