Turkna prepaid calling cards have been one of the cheapest ways to call from North America to Turkey. Within the past two weeks the access numbers have quit working. My wife and I have spent over 800 dollars over the past 3 years using this calling card plan. About two weeks ago I added 10 dollars to my account and a couple of days later the access number, 1-888-9TURKNA, which you must dial to connect your call, quit working and states that the number is disconnected.
I have tried contacting the company through their online web form and by directly emailing the only listed contact email: phone@turknorthamerica.com about 6 times over the past week. I have received no response from them whatsoever. I tried their help number 1-888-4TURKNA but that one states the same disconnected number message. My credit card and personal information is still stored on their website with no way to delete it and there has been no indication that they plan on fixing their phone lines. I am furious with this business and have replaced their calling plan with Google Voice which serves similar rates. I would not advise anybody to start a new calling plan with TURKNA because you will receive no support or service at this time.
