Turn-key Systems - Orlando Brown Bardo Turn-key ripoff company takes money, gives nothing in return Tempe Arizona
On 4/21/05 I purchased Turn-key Systems'affiliate program for Amazon and Ebay for $395. After looking through the material, I decided to send it back 4/25/05 since it was more involved than I wanted to be.
Orlando called me on 5/12/05 and begged me to keep the programs, offering to do the advertising on 100 search engines for free every 30 days. He said I would see money from it after two months.
It's been four months, and I haven't seen a cent for my investment. I believe now that Orlando was only trying to stall me until the 30-day guarantee period had passed, but according to a report on scam.com people are not getting a refund even within that period.
The 30-day trial period is irrelevant anyway. It's been months now since I signed up for the program; but since I have received nothing of what was promised for the investment I am demanding a refund of the $395. Any legitimate business will give a refund at any time they do not give value for what they charge.
If there is any legal correctness in the 30-day limit, it still is not an excuse for failing to have the very basic values of honesty, integrity and mercy. I cannot afford to lose this money.
