Complaint Review: Turner Dunn Homes Marc Dunn

My buying experience with Turner Dunn Homes started out great. My family and I were ecstatic at the idea of purchasing our first home. After signing the contract our nightmare began. Over a year later we still are not in our dream house and fear we never will be.

Turner Dunn Homes and the owner Marc Dunn refuse to tell us when we will be moving in. Several of the company's contracters have basically walked off the job site and refuse to return. Week after week we visit our home hoping and praying to see progress and no work has been completed. The job site feels like a ghost town with no workers in sight.

All we can do is sit and wait and wait and wait and Turner Dunn Homes seems not to care about us at all. They have not offered us any explanation or compensation or even an apology.

HOMEBUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM TURNER DUNN HOMES AND THE OWNER MARC DUNN! It is a Nightmare. Buy from a different, respectable builder!
