Being a Certified Automotive Technician for 21 years, it's a shame to see the folks wearing the ASE logal to rip off one of thier own members. If you were to throw sand on your floor, and then you walk on it, you would see your foot print, correct? This is what it's like when you don't see finger prints for changing an oil filter on a certain engine. This engine cover had to be removed in order to change the oil filter, and there was no finger prints on it. Turner KIA says KIA recommends an oil change every 3,000 miles, but KIA recommends every 7,500 miles for my vehicle. I believe Turner did change my engine oil on this service call, but didn't change the oil filter after being charged for it. It's very easy for a lazy mechanic, or a good mechanic to be lazy on certain days. If I were to cheat a repair job, I would pull the filter from stock and then throw it in the dirty oil, and say "That I had changed it". I wouldn't recommend anyone to take thier vehicles to Turner, because it's smiles and being a friend to get your money, but we are never wrong for how we conduct our business. They are no different then drug dealers. This is why they want to be the best dealer, and not to protect the consumer.

A Certified Technician, and I approve this message.
