My wife and I understand and appreciate the tremendous business pressure you must be under to operate your business in a pandemic and a pending hurricane in Corpus Christi, Texas. We have stayed on your properties before and we know repeat customers are a key to long-term business success. It is clear, the city leadership is discouraging visitors during this time by reviewing the media articles below. (I.e. beach closing and expected hurricane to hit land) 


 
We are not asking for a refund, we simply are requesting an extension of time to come use the property when the beach restrictions are lifted and hurricane passes through . We hope you will consider extending a 60-90 day range for us to be able to come and enjoy the beach and our only vacation this year. 
 
As we both try to make decisions on navigating the coronavirus and the unsafe weather, not losing $1700 or any vacation in 2020 would be idea. We know it’s a lot to ask, hopefully you do understand the magic and meaning of a family vacation.   They informed us that money was not refundable. We said we only want to reschedule. After multiple emails and calls - no replies to our appeals for fairness.
