Turntable Basics THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD INSTANTLY, BUT DO NOT RESPOND TO COMMUNICATION St Paul Minnesota
I was in need of having a rare DUAL IDLE WHEEL re-built. Turntable Basics is the only company advertising this.
I ordered on-line, but wanted to confirm shipping details prior to sending them my part. I e-mailed and FAXED - no response. I was hoping they were just really bad at running their business, but by the sounds of it, this has happened to others before me.
I've been charged, and feel like a sucker now, but these things happen. To others, be careful.
I'm just REALLY glad, I didn't send them my idle wheel. These parts are nearly irreplaceable. The thought of it ending up in some dummy-mailbox really scares me.

Turntable Basics has served more than 50,000 customers in the last 12+ years. I stock more than 300 products and from time to time, some items are backordered. In the past, when orders are backed up and production, packaging and shipping all need to completed, email has been allowed to fall by the wayside. This is a one person operation, and there usually are not enough hours in the day to remain caught up on daily and long-term business tasks, particularly during times when the house or the car have required extensive repairs. I would like to convey my most sincere apologies for this lapse in judgment. Customer communications has been moved to the top of each day's priority list.
