I ordered Quicken Premier 2005 from SoftwareDiner.com on October 19th 2005. They showed the product was in stock and promised 24 hour shipping. They charged my credit card immediately but did not ship the product. I e-mailed them twice at five and 10 days after ordering but never got a response even though the site promises 24 hr response. On Nov. 2 I received a copy of Turbotax 2004 from them that I had not ordered.
