Turrill Transitional Assistance Program advertises assisting veterans and helping the addiction community but falls short. This non-profit is an extremely shady organization preying on humanity’s pity to assist Veteran SEX OFFENDERS. Why would any city willingly condone or wish to help sex offenders or pedophiles? Don’t let the smooth talk of Michael Stava or Tom Kanavos distract you from what this non-profit is actually doing. Along with the assistance of sex offenders it is quite apparent that this non-profit preys on charitable grant givers collecting upwards of $500k this year alone from organizations like; California Wellness Foundation, McMillan Family Foundation, San Manuel Band of Indians , AnnenBurg Foundation and others just to list a few, yet have nothing to show for it. The charitable money these foundations have donated to Turrill Assistance should have been utilized to help addicts and veterans seriously seeking help to recover. The last item I would like to point out is the fact that Michael Stava has been convicted of Embezzlement from non-profits in his past along with a variety of other felony convictions. Don’t become a victim of this non-profits pity pot scheming act.

Turrill undergoes an audit every year as well as a federal audit for donations. Donors and the public are welcome to our audited statements, and tax returns. There is no fraud or embezzlement charges or allegations except from someone called Johnny B. I had these same statements made by an ex-employee and his associates who had stolen property from us and made false statements to law enforcement to effect their theft. These facts prevented theft of our property when confronted by law enforcement. These individuals are identified in a report filed with state of california and the only allegation that is correct though inaccurate is the following: "Sex Offenders".
Turrill in her structured housing program has had high-risk parolees who were classified as PC290's, Sex Offender in Transitional Housing. They represented a relationship CDCR cause Turrill had the highest number of parolees, probationers, and other homeless in her transitiona housing programs without an incident. Turrill has sold those housing programs to another organization no longer housing any high risk parolees or PC290's. Turrill solely represents veterans and veteran services who are not pc290's or high risk parolees.
At her project on Adams, all funds have been accounted for by our CPA's and Federal Audits will be performed as well. Please I urge the public to review our auditor reports as well as the Federal Audits when they become available. The only funds raised for our veterans project in 2013 to be audited is $125,000 in cash and $68,000 in in-kind donations which will be audited at the end of this fiscal period by our auditors and federal auditors. That totals 193,000 out of total donations which have been accounted totaling 774,000. Please come review our records and documents. You'll find this aligation false and base.
I request Johnny B present himself and his evidence though I expect it will turn out to be the following individuals C.D. or A.S. or an associate that attemted to rip us off. Please come forward and lets confront this issue.
