Turtle Creek Subdivision, LLC, Paul Benton CBC LLC. Clay Guiterrrez Substandard Workmanship Biloxi Mississippi
Including myself, every home in Turtle Creek Subdivision is having problems with cracked floors which is part of the structure of the home and is covered in Mississippi’s ‘new home warranty’ required of builders § 83-58-3.
There are drainage problems which cause flooding conditions between several homes.
The homes are built with the cheapest possible materials.
There are problems with ceilings caving in.
There are problems with stucco pealing off of the exterior walls due to the fact that the walls are not properly prepared (ie: they don't clean the mud off of the walls that is deposited from rain falling from the roof and splashing mud (onto the walls).
Several homes have walls that are not straight.
There have been instances of garage doors falling down.
Every time it rains, mud washes into the streets.
The plummers do not properly flush the pipes before first use causing sand to clog filters and appliances.
The buyers are made to pay for the cost of installing the sidewalks which they do not own. The sidewalks are the property of the City (easement) yet the buyers foot the bill.
From the day that you close on your home and get the keys, from that day forward you become unknown to the builders. You literally have to beg them to fix problems in your home. Most problems they let drag out until the warranty has expired and then they tell you to your face "well, you signed off on the house as is and therefore it's your problem".
