ordered a lamp, recieved a e-mail to call about a payment issue. so I cancel the order. I re-order a new lamp. They then take out for both lamps and do not respond with a shipping conformation. Two weeks and numerouse e-mails and no response or reciept of items payed for. They are very willing to speak with you to get money but once they receive it they do not respond to your e-mails.

We recently purchased a turtle from turtle shack. They are still practicing their business in the same manner. Wrong turtler shipped. When we comtacted them they refused to refund the money or even acknowledge us. Buyer beware. Use a different company. Turtle shack should be avoided.
