I placed an order with the Turtle Shack on Thursday 08 September, 2011 on line to evaluate the quality of product and customer service before placing larger orders.  After receiving and inspection of the order I found one Red Eared Slider male has two deep areas of shell rot in the upper Carapace shell through the costal scutes.
 
Respectful emails asking for customer service have not received a response.
I had expected far more professional and business like service from Turtle Shack. I am disappointed by their total failure to provide any semblance of customer response and sending an absolutely unacceptable product.
 
Needless to say I will not consider further business with Turtle Shack and definitely will not recommend this business to any one.
