Turtleshack.com Turtleshack will not return Emails on order status and shipping?!! Port Richey FL

I purchased 4 Turtles from Turtle Shack. I paid for ground shipping. The Next day I recieved an email from TurtleShack Customer Service stating that they do not prefer ground shipping, that I should upgrade my shipping to next day air ($30 xtra) to gaurantee my turtles arrive safe and alive. So i did that immediatly after reading the email hoping to hurry my order and that my turtles would be processes. Well I was Wrong!! 3 days later after sending them 2 emails explaining I have upgraded my shipping to next day air..still no response from them that it was applied to my order and My turtles still havent been shipped. It just simply states on my account that they are in processing.....

I thought it was strange I got an immediate email to upgrade my order for more money..However once it was done and I let them know by email I did what was requested, still no email back about my order..And it is monday and Tuesday so They are open and it is business days. If this is the way they do business they wont be doing it much longer. Not very happy!
